September 17/Chicago: The Perils of Prosecutors Facing Ticking Time Bombs #Ethics #MCLE

The responsibility of prosecutors to comply with unique time constraints in criminal cases. The speaker will take examples from case law which spell out the professional responsibility of the prosecutor in these situations. Using case law and model rules 3.8 and 4.4 the speaker will illustrate why the prosecutor has a unique set of responsibilities when prosecuting criminal cases.
