Description:
This CLE will provide participants with a working knowledge of the grounds for eviction in Minnesota and some of the most common defenses for residential tenants. In addition, participants will learn the law and practice related to eviction expungement in Minnesota. With these basics, attendees will be prepared to take a pro bono housing case.

Credit: 2.0 Standard Credits approved.
