May 29: Legal Strategies for Saving the Oceans #MCLE

In recognition of World Oceans Day, this free Continuing Legal Education program will review current threat to ocean health such as offshore drilling and plastic pollution. The faculty will present current legal work to address these issues, legal theories that could be applied in the future, threats to our bedrock environmental laws and the use of activism to raise awareness of peril to oceans.
