This Seminar will cover the key provisions of the Illinois Mental Health Code, from detention, evaluation, and trial. Special attention will be paid to the interaction of mental health proceedings with guardianship, power of attorney, and juvenile proceedings.

Five new lawyers will receive FREE registration to the AAJ 2010 Winter Convention to be held in Maui for those who may not be able to afford the full registration or those who have never considered attending a convention and need that extra push to make it happen.

I would suggest checking out the web sites for each law school and see if you can sign up for an email list that will send you notifications of their CLE programs...."
