Speaker:
J. Chandler Bailey of Lightfoot Franklin & White (Birmingham, AL) has been admitted to all state courts in Alabama as well as the United States court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and all United States District Courts in Alabama. Chandler’s practice is varied, though a great deal of his time is spent defending product liability actions. Although the national trend has been toward fewer trials of complex, high-exposure cases, Chandler has tried numerous cases to jury verdict, including contract disputes, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Additionally, he has tried numerous bench trials and arbitrations on a variety of issues. Chandler has also handled employment cases, warranty disputes, and general business litigation.
