July 11/Philadelphia: Avoiding Foreclosure Through Litigation


Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP) will hold this volunteer attorney training program on Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation.
You must participate in the full program and undertake representation within six months of attending to receive credit. There is no charge to the volunteer for the training program or training materials.

Credit: 
Philadelphia VIP, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board (CLE Board), will grant Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for attendance at its training programs to lawyers who accept a VIP case and handle the case to its conclusion.
For this program, you will receive a total of 4 free substantive CLE credits and 1 free ethics CLE in exchange for representing one foreclosure litigation case to completion. You must participate in the full program and undertake representation within six months of attending to receive credit. Volunteers who participate must meet all of the other requirements of the CLE Board.
