February 12: Resilience Training: Performance & Interpersonal Management Skills for a Better Practice . . . and a Better Life

Law is a stressful profession, but why do some lawyers thrive and succeed under pressure, while others find it impossible?
The answer is resilience. Using the analyses and skills developed after the Iraq War, and taught by the US Army to combat veterans, we will discuss those actions, reactions, skill sets, and mindsets that counter the effects of pressure and criticism, and learn to succeed under pressure.
