September 17: Contracting for 7-Figure Residential Construction and Remodeling

Managing construction is hard even for professionals. Construction Management principles and practices are well developed, time-tested, and even taught in construction management and engineering programs all over the world. Even so, the industry often doesn’t recognize the importance of these skills.
This course has distilled the essentials of tried and true Construction Management principles and practices and applied them to the messy and expensive business of "Contracting for 7-Figure Residential Construction and Remodeling." We will explain the fundamentals of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, project controls, and the roles and responsibilities of each party.
Since no two projects are exactly alike, our system offers a systematic framework, a "map of the terrain" so-to-speak. The map may not be perfect, but it sets you in the right direction and prepares you for what is ahead. This program is intended to give you the tools to understand the big picture and avoid common pitfalls that cause defects, delays, cost over-runs, legal disputes, and the general headaches that come with expensive residential construction.
This presentation is for Property Owners & Managers, Governmental Organizations, Developers & Contractors, Product Manufacturers & Suppliers, Insurers, Lawyers, and anyone involved or interested in the construction business.
