June 3: If You Have A Brain, You Have Bias!

This session calls us to rethink bias. Where it originates (our brains), how it travels (through our behaviors), and how it impacts our personal and professional lives. The unconscious bias framework provides a common language for engaging in deeper workplace conversations and creating more inclusive organizations.
This will be an interactive Zoom meeting, so please be prepared for introductions and to talk about your big wins in our breakout rooms at the start of the meeting. For MCLE verification of attendance, we request everyone use computers with video rather than call in by phone.
