January 31: What do Guitars and Crabs have in common?

Extra Mile Law, PLLC, is pleased to present another CLE class in its Monday CLE webinar series. Join us for this basic presentation about aspects of the Lacey Act, a federal law that combats illegal trafficking of wildlife, fish, and plants.
As part of our review, we will look at several cases involving the application of the Lacey Act as well as aspects of civil forfeiture under federal law.
