March 10: The Environmental Implications of Space Tourism

Please join the Fordham Environmental Law Review for our annual Symposium. In recent years, outer space has become a frontier for a myriad activities: scientific exploration; commercial activity and tourism have indeed become burgeoning industries. The legal implications and framework for activities in outer space poses several questions and challenges that often remain unexplored.
This year's symposium will examine the challenges associated with legally regulating outer space activities with a focus on their environmental impacts.
