October 7: Duplicate, Decolonize, Destroy: Current Topics in Art and Cultural Heritage Law

The Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal (IPLJ) Symposium will feature in-depth discussions on the most pressing legal questions surrounding fine art and cultural property. Panel topics will include the decolonization of art institutions, the destruction of cultural property in times of conflict, and the future of fair use in anticipation of the Supreme Court decision on Warhol v.
