This program will provide an overview of the discharge upgrade process for veterans seeking to correct or upgrade their military discharge status. The session will cover eligibility, application procedures, and best practices for assisting veterans through the process.

- Answer two Illinois Free Legal Answers questions for every hour of CLE credit;
- Sign up for one shift at a Self-Represented Litigant Help Desk (Third, Sixth & Tenth Circuits);
- Take one pro bono case through Land of Lincoln, Prairie State, PILI, or another local legal aid organization.
