focus will be on basic statistical tools, i.e., the elements of 
probability, descriptive statistics, counting and measuring, compound 
events, statistical significance, random variables and their 
probability, frequency distributions, and statistical inference.  As he 
did in Part 1, Dr. ReVelle will be taking questions from webinar 
attendees at both the midpoint of his presentation, as well as the
