Speakers:
  • Moderator: Jennifer H. Rearden, a partner resident in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office, is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Crisis Management Practice Groups, and is co-chair of the Firm’s Electronic Discovery and Information Law Practice Group. She also serves on the Firm’s Hiring and Compensation Committees. Ms. Rearden represents clients in complex business litigation, including securities fraud, hostile M&A, and disputes with states and municipalities, as well as internal investigations. 
  • Amor Esteban has nearly 30 years of experience in complex litigation with particular emphasis in electronic discovery and data management. Amor works with in-house counsel and IT and security management professionals to develop or augment existing information-related corporate practices and procedures, negotiate cloud computing agreements and aide clients with cloud computing deployment.  
  • Ronald J. Hedges is the principal of Ronald J. Hedges LLC and is of counsel to Corodemus & Corodemus. He has extensive experience in e-discovery and in the management of complex litigation and has served as a special master, arbitrator and mediator. He also consults on management and discovery of electronically stored information (“ESI”). Mr. Hedges was a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 1986 to 2007.
  • Tom Barnett is the Managing Director and eDiscovery Practice Leader at Stroz Friedberg. In this capacity Mr. Barnett is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and thought leadership in eDiscovery technology, services and processes. In addition, he advises companies and law firms as a consulting and testifying expert on all aspects of information, data and records management, regulatory compliance and discovery issues in large complex litigation and enforcement matters. Previously Mr. Barnett led the Global Records and Information Management Consulting Practice at Stratify/Iron Mountain and served as Special Counsel in the litigation department of Sullivan & Cromwell where he was responsible for creating and leading the firm’s eDiscovery and Compliance Department.
  • Edward S. Sohn, Esq. is Director, Litigation Solutions, at Pangea3, based in Delhi. Ed is responsible for and manages the delivery of document review and production, ensuring that Pangea3 clients receive superior quality through cost effective and efficient processes. His role involves overseeing new client engagements, including the scope of work, team staffing and Six Sigma process design; training and supervising project teams; and mentoring project managers.
