  • State Bar of New York (under Approved Jurisdiction Policy): This activity may qualify for up to 1.2 hour toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of New York, of which 1.2 hours is General credit, which includes .6 hours Ethics, according to the Approved Jurisdiction Policy of New York.
  • State Bar of Pennsylvania Credit Statement: There is 1.0 hour of CLE credit, of which 1.0 hour is for General credit, which includes 1.0 for Ethics.
  • State Bar of Texas Credit Statement: There is 1.0 hour of CLE credit, of which 1.0 hour is General credit, which includes .5 hour Ethics. You will receive the activity number on your certificate, issued upon completion.
  • Other Jurisdictions: in many states, you can self-apply for credit.
