Speakers:
- Kristina Agassi serves as the Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Zeta Global, a global data-driven marketing tech firm founded in 2007. In this role, Kristina manages and oversees a variety of legal matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, IP, equity, commercial transactions and other legal issues facing a rapidly growing international company.
- Previously, Kristina was a Senior Attorney at IEEE, a global engineering and technology focused company. In her position with IEEE, Kristina had broad responsibilities for IEEE’s legal affairs in the U.S. and internationally. Before joining IEEE, Kristina was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she was part of its Corporate group in the NY office, and an Associate at White & Case LLP, where she was part of its Securities group in the London office. Prior to that, Kristina worked as Management Consultant in the Financial & Performance Management Group at Accenture.
- Axel Anderl heads the firm's IT/IP and media department. He is well-known for his work in e-commerce and software law. His practice covers drafting and negotiation of international IT-related contracts, outsourcing, license, franchising and distribution contracts, as well as IT/IP and media litigation. Additionally, he frequently assists his clients on all aspects of data protection law (legal analysis of data processings and transfers including pragmatic advice to establish legitimate operations; notification and approval proceedings with the Authority; drafting of accompanying documentation, in particular consent declarations and data processing agreements; etc). He advises several national and international companies in the IT/IP field on a regular basis.
- Stacy Frazier is Global Executive Counsel for Competition Law and Policy at the General Electric Company. Her practice includes responsibilities for transactions, compliance and counseling, and internal investigations. Prior to joining GE, Stacy was Counsel in the antitrust group at WilmerHale, where she handled merger clearance, investigations, and antitrust litigation. She is a Vice Chair of the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section.
- Anand Saha is a partner based in Clifford Chance's New York office and has been at Clifford Chance since 2001 and a partner since 2012. Anand specializes in international and cross-border transactions and is admitted to practice in both New York and England. He has advised on transactions in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector and has advised on a number of venture capital style investments. Anand is an integral member of the Clifford Chance Global Tech Group and co-leads the firm's U.S. tech practice. Anand also advises on a broad range of corporate finance matters and represents corporations and underwriters on a range of equity and debt capital markets projects, including IPOs, SEC-registered and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, high yield debt, liability management and MTN programs.
