Peter Rossi will present a Cozen O'Connor webinar on Thursday, April 30 titled "Floods and Paths For Recovery." This webinar will review the potential for subrogation recovery arising out of floods. Floods are the leading cause of property damage in the United States and can be a source of subrogation recoveries. Flood litigation can be complicated and expensive but rewarding. Included in this presentation will be a review of the potential causes of flooding of various bodies of water and strategies for the generation and recovery of historical record.
This webinar will also include information regarding flooding, issues to be on the alert for with regard to developing the flood litigation plan, potential defenses and how to best prepare for and protect against them, and expert participation in the investigation and litigation of flood claims.
