February 2: Elevate Your Client Intake: Twelve Ways to Improve Your Process

Clients are the soul of every law practice. And arguably, the intake process to procure those clients is the most critical part of managing a firm. A good intake process can mean the difference between a client signing a fee agreement and a client walking out the door, absent retainer payment.
The initial client consultation sets the tone for the entire case, so you need to be certain that you are starting the relationship off on the right foot, every time. This CLE webinar will give you tips and strategies to completely upgrade each and every step of your intake process, from conflict checks to the signing of fee agreements--and payment of the retainer.
Join Jordan Turk, practicing attorney and Smokeball legal technology advisor, for this free CLE webinar. She'll share how you can streamline your intake processes, get more money in the door, and improve client perception of your office. Little tweaks can make a huge difference!
In this free CLE webinar, you’ll learn:
  • Where and how to automate your client intake process
  • Twelve tips and strategies to improve your intake process, many of which you can implement immediately in your law firm
