December 21: Supreme Court Review

With the 2023-24 term of the U. S. Supreme Court underway and the first decisions rolling out from the nation's capital, constitutional law attorney Marshall H. Tanick will review nine key cases from the previous term, including five with Minnesota roots, as well as previewing the major cases on the court's docket this t​​erm concerning the Second Amendment right to “bear arms," voting rights, racial gerrymandering, reproductive rights, criminal law, review of administrative agency decisions, and other issues.

Marshall H. Tanick
 is a senior partner with the law firm of Meyer Njus Tanick with offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul and St. Louis Park. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Stanford Law School. He is a Senior Certified Civil Trial Specialist whose practice focuses on constitutional law, defamation and privacy, and employment matters. Tanick is a frequent author and lecturer on a variety of topics, including the U.S. Supreme Court and other appellate bodies.
