November 14: Part II - SECURE 2.0 in Bite-Sized Chunks: What You Need to Know in 2023

The SECURE Act of 2022 ("SECURE 2.0", which stands for Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement) has made sweeping changes that are intended to improve the ability to save for one’s retirement. Coming just three years after SECURE 1.0 was signed into law, SECURE 2.0 is having (and will continue to have) a major effect on the design and administration of employer retirement plans that will last for years to come.
We invite you to join us for a webinar on Tuesday, November 14th as Shipman lawyers Moira Petrone, Richard Cohen and Tim Klimpl walk you through the most important changes made by SECURE 2.0 that will be taking effect in 2024 and beyond.
