This CLE will provide an overview of how leading energy companies are currently deploying AI across their operations. It will examine use cases such as predictive maintenance, automated trading, smart grid management, and dynamic pricing algorithms.
In addition, the CLE will explore emerging legal issues surrounding the use of AI in the energy domain. This includes regulations governing AI explainability and transparency, liability issues, data privacy concerns, and intellectual property rights. Attendees will gain insights into contractual, compliance, and litigation risks associated with AI systems.
Finally, the program will discuss how attorneys can leverage AI to better serve their energy industry clients. This includes streamlining due diligence and discovery, reviewing contracts and filings, predicting case outcomes, automating routine legal work, and providing data-driven legal strategy and advice.
