This Course is a perfect follow up to Bankruptcy Update 2012 – Part I. Topics will include:
  • How to get the difficult or high earning debtor under the means test cap for Chapter 7; 
  • Discharge and Dischargeability actions and how to defend them; 
  • Reaffirmation of Debts and the alternatives thereto; 
  • The new exemptions – an overview.
This is part of a three-seminar series. Attendance at all three sessions is not required; attendees may choose to receive credit for one, two or all three.
