July 1: Cancellation of Flights due to COVID-19: Substantive and Private International Law Issues

The pandemic has severely impacted the air transportation industry and the rights of passengers and shippers, resulting in a flight cancellation policy adopted by the vast majority of air carriers. Five law experts will discuss, with a hands-on approach and practical reference to cases, the private international law issues along with the substantive and regulatory problems related to the matter.
