This presentation will cover: - Forming a business entity to hold real estate, raise money, provide for management: types of entities - Real estate contracts - things to watch out for - Basic things to know when deciding on what type of property - Borrowing money from traditional and non-traditional sources This will be an interactive Zoom meeting, so please be prepared for introductions and to talk about your big wins in our breakout rooms at the start of the meeting.
