September 9: Navigating The Accommodation Process for Mandatory Employee Vaccine Policies

The latest numbers suggest that more employers are and will be implementing mandatory vaccine policies as a condition of continued employment. At the same time, employers will likely need to address an increasing number of requests by employees for medical- and religious-based accommodations from those policies.
This webinar will provide the latest legal and practical considerations for mandatory vaccine policies and will specifically discuss:
  • The nature of the process employers should utilize when considering a request for an accommodation based on a medical condition/disability or sincerely held religious belief or practice
  • Considerations when confronted with accommodation requests that do not fall within the medical- or religious-based categories
  • Best practices and real-world fact patterns that may arise.
