November 16: Do's And Don't Of Civil Pre-Trial Litigation

This course examines the major Do’s and Don’ts of litigating a case from the beginning leading up to trial including, but not limited to:
  • agreeing to accept the case
  • drafting the pleadings
  • conducting discovery
  • drafting and/opposing pre-trial motions including, but not limited to demurrers and motions for summary judgment.
