November 17: Advanced Appellate Advocacy Seminar

The Eighth District Court of Appeals, in partnership with the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, is offering an all-day CLE, featuring Eighth District Court of Appeals Judges and staff attorneys, along with neighboring appellate judges, esteemed practitioners and legal scholars, and representatives from several clerks’ offices. 
The seminar will focus on advanced topics in civil and criminal appeals. 
The court is seeking approval for six hours of CLE (including one hour of professional conduct as well as credit for six specialty hours toward OSBA appellate law certification).
