September 27: Law Firm and Corporate Diversity after SFFA v. Harvard/UNC

In SFFA v. Harvard/UNC, the Supreme Court sounded the death knell for considering race in law school admissions, and now there are lawsuits seeking to extend that decision to private employers such as law firms, and limit their ability to consider racial diversity. This panel discussion will address, and attempt to answer, these questions.
