This webinar will focus on the purpose and application of MCS-90 Endorsements in connection with recent trends in the trucking industry. These trends have resulted in an increased number of accidents involving drivers and vehicles that have not been added to insured carriers’ commercial auto policies prior to the event giving rise to potential liability. The presenters will highlight key considerations for determining when an MCS-90 Endorsement applies, and three approaches used by U.S. Circuit Courts to evaluate whether an accident occurred during the course of interstate commerce.
