Given this challenge, how do we lead as lawyers and facilitate difficult conversations with people different from us so that we can thrive both as lawyers and as human beings? This program will explore two concepts that will assist us in our journey: intercultural competency which helps to manage interpersonal relationships with those different from us, and what it means to flourish as a lawyer through the lens of well-being.
