February 16: Drug Law for the 21st Century, Learning from 50 Years of DEA-Led Public Health Policy

The Fordham Law Review and the Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation at Petrie Flom Center at Harvard Law School present Drug Law for the 21st Century Learning from 50 Years of DEA-Led Public Health Policy. 
This symposium will amplify diverse voices across numerous drug law and policy communities to envision a better path for 21st-century drug law. By analyzing fifty years of DEA-led drug policies, panelists will look backward and study ongoing drug crises to envision a future defined by safer and more equitable drug laws informed by science, ethics, and history.
