February 22: Understanding Fire Protection Systems and the Subrogation Potential

This webinar will provide an overview of the different types of fire sprinkler systems, and the codes and standards that govern their design, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance. The presenters will focus on some of the reasons why sprinkler systems fail, including freezing weather conditions, installation and testing issues, or product defects. The presenters will also address the potential legal claims or subrogation potential that can be brought arising out of these failures, whether against the owner, designers, installers, inspectors, testing and maintenance contractors, property managers or product manufacturers.
