Speakers:
  • Neil Barlow advises international and domestic private equity houses, financial sponsors and corporates on a wide range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, leveraged buyouts, takeovers, mergers, joint ventures, minority and growth capital investments, PIPEs, IPOs and restructurings. Neil has particular experience of advising on M&A in North America, Europe and Latin America and is adept at executing domestic or cross-border transactions involving those geographies. Neil has spent time on secondment with CVC Capital Partners and with 3i.
  • Eric Schaffer represents domestic and international financial investors and their platforms and strategics on a wide range of matters including cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, minority and growth capital investments and corporate reorganizations. Eric also has particular experience advising financial investors in connection with secondaries transactions.
  • Carla Ruggero is a member of the firm’s Latin America group. Her experience focuses on advising foreign and domestic buyers and sellers on M&A transactions in Latin America with respect to assets in the energy, banking, telecom, chemical, oil & gas (production and exploration), transport infrastructure (railway and ports) and manufacturing industries. Carla has also advised issuers and underwriters in debt and equity capital markets transactions involving Latin American issuers..
