  • Jane F. Wolk is Of Counsel in the Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, PC. Her practice includes all aspects of probate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and the representation of executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. She is licensed by the state bars of New York and New Jersey.
     A graduate of Stanford Law School, Ms. Wolk worked for many years with some of the top practitioners in the field of trust and estate law, including Schulte, Roth & Zabel, DLA Piper and J.P. Morgan. Following her years in the world of “Big Law,” Ms. Wolk transferred her experience and expertise to a smaller, more personal setting, founding The Law Offices of Jane F. Wolk, LLC in 2010. After more than a decade in solo practice, Jane joined Pashman Stein Walder Hayden in 2021, where she continues to provide clients with individualized guidance on estate and trust matters.
    Ms. Wolk is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and has a special interest in the issues faced by women, by non-traditional families and by members of the LGBT community. She was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve as Vice-Chair on the Fee Arbitration Panel and has been recognized by her peers for her outstanding commitment to pro bono work.
  • Sy Justin Sommer is the Director of Product Enablement at LEAP Legal Software. Sy is a 2010 graduate of Fordham Law School and is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York. Sy began his career in the Family Law Department of Manhattan law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP. After three years with DHC, Sy took a role with JPMorgan Chase Bank in Brooklyn, NY where he served as an Associate Vice President Senior Counsel in the bank’s Mortgage Banking Litigation group.
    In 2018, Sy sought to apply his legal education and experience in the legal technology space and joined LEAP with excitement to further the company’s mission of helping attorneys to be more productive with cloud technology. Despite being a born and raised New Yorker, Sy currently resides in Jersey City, New Jersey.
