November 6+7: Employer Summit 2024: Critical Workplace Legal Updates

Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment Department invites you to attend our fourth annual employer summit, which will be a virtual event taking place over two partial days offering valuable insights into addressing workplace challenges. This program will also include strategic and pragmatic sessions on how to prepare your organization for issues posed by increased regulation on the federal, state, and local levels.
To navigate the dynamic legal landscape of the workplace, employers must stay ahead of critical issues including the impact of the presidential election, updates on harassment claims and worker classification issues, the emerging landscape of employee mobility, new drug testing policies, union activities, disability and religious accommodations, artificial intelligence, employee wellness, and ever-evolving state and local employment trends.
