October 3/Minneapolis: New Volunteer Orientation / Working with Pro Bono Clients

Two programs back-to-back. The first is a meeting to introduce new volunteers to VLN's organization, specific volunteer opportunities and ostaff. It is a great opportunity to meet with other volunteers too.
The second discusses:

• Creating a successful attorney/client relationship
• How to avoid assumptions
• Understanding the challenges that face those living in poverty
