December 12/San Francisco: Negotiating with the IRS & Franchise Tax Board: Offers in Compromise #MCLE
Participants will learn about the division of responsibilities between attorney and client, questions to ask the client, and the new 2012 IRS rules for Offers in Compromise.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Due to space limitations, attorneys who have not yet joined our Panel may only attend one free training per series. After joining the Panel, attorneys may attend as many trainings as they like.
