Speaker:
Aviva Meridian  Kaiser, Assistant Clinical Professor University of Wisconsin Law School Professor Kaiser joined the UW Law School faculty in 1988, teaching Advanced Legal Writing, Legal Research, and Judicial Decision Making and Opinion Writing. She now teaches Problem Solving, Advanced Legal Writing, and Professional Responsibilities. Professor Kaiser serves on the Professional Ethics Committee of the State Bar of Wisconsin. She has presented at CLE seminars on the professional responsibility of lawyers and on legal writing.
