April 11: Docket Call: A Look at Some Upcoming Supreme Court Cases

Extra Mile Law, PLLC, is pleased to present another CLE class in its Monday CLE webinar series. Join Jonathan Grad of Extra Mile Law, PLLC for this fast-moving, basic class about some of the cases pending before the Supreme Court including
  • Sackett v. EPA
  • Shurtleff v. City of Boston
  • 303 Creative v. Elenis
  • Denezpi v. US.
These cases deal with issues such as the definition of a wetland; whether Boston's City Hall flagpole is a public forum; whether a web-designer can refuse, for religious reasons, to prepare websites for same gender marriages; and the bounds of double jeopardy. Time permitting, we will cover additional cases as well.
