Participating experts include:
- Milena Sterio, professor, Cleveland Marshall College of Law and managing director, Public International Law and Policy Group, who is leading an initiative to document war crimes in Ukraine;
- David Crane, former chief prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone, who led a group that prepared a draft indictment of President Putin and other high-ranking Russians; and
- Irwin Cotler, international chair of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, who formerly served as Minister of Justice and attorney general of Canada.
