November 8: Alternatives to Delaware? Evaluating New Developments in Corporate Law in Nevada, Texas, and Wyoming

As Tesla and other Delaware corporations make plans to leave the First State for incorporation elsewhere, leading experts from each of these four states will analyze recent changes in state corporation codes, specialized business courts, and judicial doctrines. Next, the panelists, together with members of the audience, which will include academicians, practicing attorneys, business leaders, and students, will explore the practical implications of these developments by applying the law of each of these four states to current problems confronting corporations and their shareholders.
