No stranger to members of the Washington County Bar, Fritz Knaak spent over four decades doing municipal prosecutions for Newport and other cities in the county. He has been licensed in Minnesota since 1979 and Wisconsin and Colorado since 1994. He is a frequent lecturer on issues of municipal law and continues to practice in St. Paul.
