February 20: Seattle - Child Protective Services (CPS) and Your Family Law Case #MCLE

This CLE will give attorneys resources to advise clients what to do when your client receives a CPS referral in your family law case or asks you whether they should make a referral to CPS; what type of information gets “screened in” and what will happen when a referral is “screened in”; if your client should cooperate with the CPS investigation; if you need to be present when they speak with CPS; what law applies to dependencies; and how this will affect your dissolution case.
