March 11: Philadelphia - International Economic Sanctions: Recent Developments and Compliance Challenges

The laws and regulations governing compliance with U.S. economic sanctions are constantly evolving. The focus of this program will be the challenges present in the current landscape, in particular with respect to restrictions applicable to dealings with Cuba, Iran and Russia. We will also discuss the landmark BNP Paribas case and its repercussions on sanctions compliance concerns.
